Hi there! I’m Breanna, a Licensed Professional Counselor with Addy’s Colors, Inc. I provide a peaceful and cozy environment for my clients - children, adolescents and adults - to work through anything with which they are struggling. I take an individualized approach with my clients and with a lens that is compassionate, holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based practices. My hope is to provide a space where my clients can feel safe, heard, and connected.

I primarily work with people who are struggling to regulate their emotions, have trauma history, substance use history, or difficulties navigating their neurodivergence. With any of the difficulties my clients face, I aim to aid them in increasing their sense-of-self, including insight, awareness, and resiliency.
